Rates and Policies
Our nightly rates are $95 per room
(plus sales and lodging taxes for a total of $105.45), and include a European breakfast in our country French dining room.
Cash, personal checks, and traveler's checks gladly accepted (we don't take credit cards
except over the Internet by PayPal,
but you can also pay with one of the "Credit Card Checks" that the
credit card companies send to all their cardholders every month!).
Sorry, no accommodations for pets. However, we will be glad to make a reservation at a
local kennel upon request.
We apologize, but because we are totally
furnished in French antiques from the 14th to the 19th century, we also do not
have the capability to accommodate children under the age of 14. We
appreciate your understanding in this.
No smoking in the Villa, please.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
Reservations, Cancellations, and Refund Policy
Reservations can be made in writing, Internet, or by phone. A deposit of the full amount of the anticipated stay is required to confirm the reservation. If you are calling, or requesting a reservation by Internet, we will need the deposit within 5 days of making the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if we are notified at least 7 days before your expected arrival date. Otherwise, because we rely so heavily on advance reservations, we will refund your deposit if we are able to fill the vacancy caused by your cancellation.
